We offer eleven individually decorated non smoking bedrooms. The rooms, all en-suite with shower,
a few with a bath, all with complimentary quality toiletries, and are decorated to a very high standard. Radiator
controllable central heating throughout, remote control freeview colour television, many LCD widescreen
direct dial telephone. Internet connection for laptops, tablets and phones by free Wi - Fi, hair dryer, alarm clock
radio many with Iphone/Ipod dock, tea, coffee and beverage welcome tray with a bottle of water to refresh you. Most
double rooms have a desk / dressing table for our business guests to work on.
The bedrooms on the 2nd floor have a partial sloping ceiling which enhances our period features.
Access at all times once you have checked in.

We have prices from 65.00 GBP to 139.00 GBP per night, which includes full English breakfast and VAT.

Please note that the prices are per room, (not per person ),
which is for either one, two, or three person occupation.

to give a tranquil evenings rest, after a busy day in delightful Harrogate.
This room contains beautiful black and silver embossed furniture. The king size bed which

in this room. This is a very large bedroom with space to allow guests to unwind.

The rooms are single size, which is for one person occupation.
These rooms have everything but space. Please do not bring large cases.
If you feel that you require more space, choose a double room,
